I personally used it for a fondant mold and it worked great. You just have to be patient with getting it out.

I got this to help make a retirement cake as I was on a time crunch. It is more built to use for pouring and setting of candles or resin but I had planned to use it for fondant. It was easy to use and I just sliced one side to allow me to remove the figure without mashing it. Easy to remove and it worked great! The product was good and sturdy yet soft enough to push and mold and reuse despite slicing down one side.Did I mention I ordered this to make a model of my partner's cat for her retirement cake? Yea... though the figure was super cute... it was most definitely NOT a cat. Imagine my surprise when I unmolded it and found a perfectly shaped and cute little bunny.Now I am not a vet or zoologist .... so I could be very much mistaken, but I was expecting a different sort of cat, not this new species of cat. Perhaps I should go back to school or spend more time researching this. I was excited to show my partners at work this new animal discovery!As I was not if they were aware of this new species I did spend additional time that I did not have to remold it into a squirrel cat.. then eventually a form of cat we are more familiar with, and it was a hit. That being said... I could see how well the bunny can evolve into so many different animals... a bird, a squirrel and even a cat!

I love to make my own candles and have decided to adventure into the world of making molded ones. This rose ball is gorgeous and I just love it. It’s made of silicone so should be pretty durable. I think I could make a lot of different things using this mold and I’m excited by the possibilities.

Tried to use with resin, I found there to be a lot of tiny spaces which creates a lot of bubbles but over all it’s a cute litt Kitty!
