Millions of people allow their pets on the ‘human’ beds, and use various products to protect the bedding from pet shedding, hairballs, dirt from outside, incontinence, pet illnesses. The problem arises at night, when a person needs to sleep under such product, which is non-breathable, crinkly, heavy, hot, smelly, and possibly toxic to pets. Have a good night sleep any time of the year with this lightweight waterproof non-toxic pet cover, without worrying about frequent bedding washings, or rushing your comforter to the dry cleaners.
Important tips:
- Please measure your bed to determine coverage. The picture used above was shot in a photo studio and the bed does not reflect queen or king.
- Use as a liner if your pets - mostly cats - have untrimmed/sharp claws and they tend to scratch or knead. Scratching/kneading could puncture the waterproof layer. An additional layer of fabric on top is recommended to avoid claw punctures of the waterproof cover.
- Give the product a quick wash after opening the package to rid it of any factory residue and make it friendlier for your pet. A plasticky smell (of the waterproof material) is normal, and it goes away with one wash.
- Note: If looking for a spongy and fluffy blanket, this product might not be for you. This is a lightweight cover that replaces the various items we use for bedding protection with PVC, vinyl, and similar waterproof materials that do not breathe, and cause people to sweat.
Care Instructions:
- Clean spills with damp paper or cloth. Spot-treat smaller accidents to avoid a full machine wash.
- Machine washable in warm water. Use regular or pet-friendly detergent. Do not use bleach, vinegar, or other harsh products as they might damage the waterproof material. Avoid softener, as our pets prefer no ‘fresh’ scents. Pet-safe enzyme sprays are OK to use.
- Tumble dry in low/delicate heat. Drying with high heat can expand the waterproof layer and damage it.

This has been a life saver for my down comforter. I have a cat that chooses to vomit on my bed. This is much easier to throw in the wash than my comforter. Plus it keeps cat dander and fur from my bedding. Plus, when my shedding dogs sneak onto my bed, it keep their fur and dirt off the sheets.

This was what I needed to protect the bedding from our 16 yr old dog. He is getting to the point where he has frequent accidents but we didn’t want to tell him he could not sleep in the bed with us. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the crunchy sound the sheet makes when moving around. I am a light sleeper so I find it annoying. It is somewhat better now that I have put another flat sheet over it but you can still hear it when we move or he spins into a new position.

This blanket works perfectly! We have an older dog with a large tumor in his spleen who leaks a bit when he sleeps. I didn't have the heart to confine him to the floor but washing a king sized comforter is such a pain and I was having to do it often. I put this on my comforter and another blanket over it. It doesn't move around when he does and keeps all liquids from getting through to the comforter. Washing this is such a breeze, I don't mind doing it, even if I have to wash it daily. Definitely worth the money!

I purchased this to put on my queen bed for when my dog vomits or has an accident. It's very lightweight so no added warmth which is good since I live in Arizona and it's hot. It doesn't slide around or fall off my bed like some other reviews stated, it stays in place. It's great for keeping her dog hair on this cover and not on my comforters. Also keeps my comforters clean when her paws are dirty. I love it!

Ho un cane e un gatto che perdono una quantità industriale di pelo. Ho acquistato questo telo per metterlo sul divano e proteggerlo da peli e macchie di sporco. Viene pulito anche a basse temperature e asciuga subito. Dopo vari lavaggi non si è rovinato. Non ho testato molto l'aspetto impermeabile, posso dire che a volte ho rovesciato liquidi e il tessuto del divano è rimasto asciutto. Consigliato
