Absolutely saved my nipples. I had bought the Willow ones because they were cheaper but returned those when we tested them and found they were not 100% silver and had some other unknown material in them. So we bit the bullet and got the original Silverette cups and they were absolutely worth it. You get what you pay for! These are 100% silver. My daughter had a tongue and lip tie that had to get corrected but I was cracked and bleeding already. These helped so much to heal up. They were not uncomfortable either. I cleaned them with momcozy wipes between use and the container was very helpful for storing and not loosing them.

I’ve had pain with three kids at the beginning of breastfeeding. Used these for the fourth child and I give all credit to them for being pain free! They were a lifesaver. Only thing I didn’t like is that they would fill up with milk and if you weren’t paying attention, could be leaking everywhere. So if you’re going to use these in the beginning, make sure you empty them and dry them out many times throughout the day. Worth every penny!

I used my first 2 weeks of birth and noticed after those 2 weeks some spots so I took them off for a few days, cleaned per instructions, and came back to this mold on them.

I was under the impression this included the nursing cups, but it is only the carrying case. Please be aware before purchasing!

Don't get me wrong this little piece is good quality and durable for the value of money. Good for its job and easy to clean.

This is a great idea but I don’t love that it’s just a ball where the Silverettes bounce around. I ended up not using as I’d either wear them, or be washing and drying quickly. While I 10/10 recommend Silverettes, this is not necessary.
