Absolutely love this company and this product!Originally ordered the hide away for packages on my front porch but the Multi Teared planter was sent by mistake. I thought it would be cute to use them both and the company immediately made it right by giving me a discount.Would definitely buy from them again!Bonus that it’s made in America and owned by vets!

Looks freakin fantastic! Ships almost fully built! Putting the sand in the base part is as annoying as it usually is, but once altogether it’s sturdy and beautiful! If you’re planning on putting plants in the upper basket leave them in containers, the tray does not have enough drainage to support putting in dirt and “planting†flowers. The inside is very spacious for larger packages! 10 out of 10 would recommend! Especially for apartment living!

Like the product, looks just like it did online, was easy to set up...I’m only sorry I didn’t order the signs at the same time, because no one will put the packages in it without the signs on it.

I like that it is weather friendly for packages. I like the height it could be wider for larger packages. I like that it is durable. I don’t like that there is not a separate location for the delivery person to deliver packages. There is only one location and that is where I’m able to lock so therefore I am unable to lock it before delivery.

This is a very large container. It’s not waterproof. Where the screws go in the top if you water plants water leaks to package area as well if it rains. The container is huge an won’t fit on our porch so wanted to return but company deducts $49 for returns an $20 restocking fee. Making only a $35 dollar refund. Crazy. I’m gonna put it on Market place an get back at least half my money

I bought this to collect mail and packages. Now it collects boots instead! Liked it so much I bought another one for the back porch.
