I really like this product. Only problem I have had with them is the left hand hinge bolt is treaded the wrong way. When you rise and lower it will get loose and nut will fall in floor. Easy fix.

Nice chair. . Suspension works well.Narrower than the wide body version so it supports better. 18” wide vs 24”One armrest was chipped, but found it in the bag and glued it back on. Packaging could protect it better for shipping.UPDATE :Couple weeks use found welds breaking on the suspension strap loops. Added some large zip ties to hold these in place.
