This is an all-metal stand, easy to assemble and seems very sturdy. I like the fact that the top has holes for ventilation, as I use it over a cable box that puts out a lot of heat. The side compartments and drawer are very useful for storing desk items like pens, post-it notepads, etc. The stand is also a little taller and has a larger top surface than some others I considered. It's just what I needed.

I like this! It puts my computer at a monitor at a comfortable level in contrast with my desktop height and keyboard pull out. I do a lot from my computer desk and hate to have to turn or look for things I need for other tasks, so I keep my remotes for the tv and stereo in the side pockets unless they are too tall, and then they go on the desktop under the drawer. I keep a sticky note pad and pen in the pockets.I bungied down my monitor stand to be sure my 20 pound cat couldn't hop up and knock it off. That seems to be working well and the stand adds more stability and weight to the monitor balance regardless of pet. It requires separate bungies and since there are screens on the sides, the loop has a place to curve around the top to the unit edge. I used 2, crisscrossed (18" I think), so that each one hooked into, the rear-most side holes to go going straight across, only wrapping around the monitor stand front to wedge it tightly. And then I did the other one front wrapping around the back. It doesn't move a half inch. That may or may not have been an issue without a cat, but I live in earthquake territory. However, I don't have the unite tied down to my desktop so that doesn't address a big shaker yet. LOL As a note, my cat still has room to sit on the side of it on my desk and glare at me if he thinks I am one minute behind on feeding time.I keep a 8.5" x 11" note pad in the drawer for quick access along with a few other reference things related to my specific needs and it really reduces the limitations of my computer desktop once a monitor is on it. (I have desk-level, drawer level and monitor level instead of just one).It was almost a quick no-brainer to assemble, but I stumbled on the fasteners a bit as I recall. The nice thing to say about that, though, is that I hate reviews from people who are still opening the box and haven't used it. I've had it for a quite awhile and it looks brand-new and is brand-new very sturdy.I recommend to anyone wanting some efficient space use.

I bought this for my printer. I had to keep plain paper and labels together in the printer tray. I was always exchanging one for the other depending upon my printing need. Now I keep paper in the printer tray and labels in the pullout tray of the stand. The tray slides very smoothly. When I need a label I have easy access to it. I just grab a label and pop it into the printer tray. There is room beneath the pullout tray for a package of paper. Easy to assemble and very sturdy. I have an Epson WorkForce 630 and it fits perfectly and securely on the stand. The only thing I don't like is how short the fronts of the side compartments are (1-1/2" H.) If you put anything too high inside these compartments it flops over. For instance the compartments can't hold pens upright. (Look at some of the other reviewers' photos and you'll see this.) You have to lay the pens down. So for the time being the compartments are useless until I find something that is the right fit. If it wasn't for this and the fact that I had to return the first stand for damage. I would have given 5 stars.

It took me quite a while to pick out that I wanted in a monitor stand. I knew I wanted one, and I knew it had to be sturdy. I have an older ACER Gaming Monitor, and the sucker is pretty heavy. I wanted something that could fit my giant Razer Cynosa Pro keyboard. And would have space to plop my Xbox One controller on. (Please don’t think I’m bragging, I just want you to know the dimensions I was working with.) at first I had been looking at a Bamboo stand. But then I thought about it more. Wood gets dirty easily, can warp, splinter, and if it’s not make correctly, it can be weak. So I started shopping around. I then saw another stand with a drawer, and figured how much of a boon that could be. So I put that into my demands. Finally I came across this one. It’s made of sturdy metal, has a nice powder coat finish which won’t show fingerprints, the top has a pattern of holes for breatheability, and he sides and drawers are great for storage. It’s easy to put together, you put the legs in, and they have one screw hole for each one. The screws are standard Phillips-Head. They’re also black. And they’re a good size. I am very happy with my purchase, and I would recommend this to anyone who wants a monitor stand, but doesn’t want to sell out $40+

This is definitely "Simple Houseware". Only needs 4 screws & takes 5 minutes to assemble.I have a small computer desk & it fits perfectly on top & saves tons of space while creating more room for the small parts & stationary that clutters a computer desk. Flash drives, Bluetooth dongles, head phones, pens/pencils, sticky notes all fit nicely in the side pockets while printer papers, eye-glass case etc easily fit at the bottom tray. The best part is that there is still plenty of space remaining between the mount & desk where you can easily tuck your keyboard and mouse when you are done. The base plate is very sturdy & easily holds a dual monitor stand. I was afraid it would bend a bit with the weight of two monitors but it does not! It actually fits very well with the monitor stand because previously I had the monitors right on top of the stand to match the viewing height. This base raises the stand around 6 inches so now my monitor stand is more flexible because I can move the monitors down and fit them right according to my viewing angle.Overall, a very nice purchase at the best price.

Thus came in parts, but clear instructions as to how to put it together. There are four screws, no tool is provided for it so just have one handy.Once put together it is sturdy and everything works well. Good spaced under the drawer to slide my keyboard out of the way. Side storage is good for my post it notes, stapler, extra highlighters and my earbuds case.Only issue ( I uploaded photos) was that the one side was slight raised and dented, not fixed to the top part and the rear of it where the drawer slides was not down flat like the other side.Nothing a tool can't fix, but for the price with our be great if there were any dents at least on the main top portion. Not a hazard or too out of place. So I'll still be keeping it and maybe fix it later.
