I bought an adapter to fit to my SDS plus drill. The drill does not have enough torque to screw it in. I have not tried, but a ratchet would definitely be slow to screw it in. You need an impact wrench.

The concrete lags worked great. I ordered a box of 20. Only 19 were in the box. Other than that--excellent product.
