I bought the kit since it was less than $10 so I received 4 crimp wire connections with boots, allen wrench, felt pads and wire bullet battery cleaner. This is one of the easiest and so far best products I have ever found for battery post terminals. Extremely well made. Hooking up the main 12-14 ga battery wires is very easy and is pretty close to the standard two bolt crimp on the old school lead terminals. The main difference is the allen heads are much easier to use and there are 4 terminals on each. Clamping on the post is secure once you adjust the the quick clamps, which work very well. After connecting all the wires and fine tuning the quick clamps I could not get any of the posts or terminals to move. I will check in a few days to see if any thread lock is needed but judging from the quality of the product I don't believe I will need to do much other than an occasional cleaning, which is normal for battery posts. Would definitely buy this again and highly recommend it. Many products are not worth anything let alone what they ask, this is NOT the case with these, When a good product for a fair price is found it should be noted.

Used these on a battery for the winch on my trailer, meaning that I disconnect it most of the time and these clamps make that easy.From 2022:The metal is nondescript, possibly cast aluminum, but suits the purpose. I’d guess any significant force would break something, but if you treat it with reasonable care it should be fine.Face it, you’re looking at a very cheap clamp and you’ll receive a very cheap clamp. It does work, though. If you need an easy way to hook up cables and to unlatch them again, this might be the set for you. If you’re looking for quality, durability and lasting appearance…don’t expect that for under ten bucks, bro. You’re going to shell out some cash for a high quality pair.2025 update:Yeah, they corroded and one somehow broke without being operated, just coiled up on the trailer. Would I buy again? Nope, going to look for something more durable. But for the price I got two years out of them, so it wasn’t wasted, just not worth doing twice.

All the tightening and loosening causes wear and tear. On my project horseless carriage, i for sure needed quick release terminals. These seem to be quality and were the value buy. Package included device to clean corrosion, terminal pads and everything needed. Installing was easy, no crimping just put wire leed through the metal secure it in place once, then close the fastener. If you need to take off just open fastener clip and it'll wiggle right off. No more tools to remove battery

The product works. You can feel it's cheaply made. Biggest complaint, the separate bolts are too close to each other making it tight to run different wires.

When you want to tap a couple accessories off your battery, this is the unit to use. Quite happy with it.

I never got my battery post cleaner in the kit so that blows a bit. haven't had time to put on on but looks good. just wish I got my battery post cleaner also never got the two washers it's supposed to come with. lacking boys
