Your cart is empty.The SINGER Tapestry Needles are packaged as a set of 24 high-quality hand sewing needles which include six needles each in four sizes. Tapestry needles, also known as yarn needles, have a tapered shaft and a blunt point, which makes them ideal for sewing knitted pieces together without splitting the yarn fibers. The blunt round tip easily slides through canvas and aida cloth as well. These sewing needles also have a large eye to accommodate a variety of thread weights, including yarn, silk ribbon, as well as for use with multiple strands of embroidery floss at a time. The large eye is especially easy to thread. The tapestry needles have color coded needle eyes so that you can easily choose the correct size needle for your needlework project. The green needles are size 22, the black needles are size 24, the blue needles are size 26, and the red needles are size 28. All needles are crafted from a high carbon steel with nickel plating to remain sturdy, rust resistant and durable for long-lasting use. These are very smooth and have a sharp point that doesn't snag even the very finest cloth. The case is very handy for keeping sizes sorted.

Product as described. Needles are nicely organized and color coded. The color coating holds up ok, fades with use, but hasn’t affected the thread or project. Needle eyes are not very durable, not for use on thick fabrics or for heavy duty projects. Tips are blunted, but still sharp enough for 3/4 cross stitches on standard Aida. Overall great purchase for cross stitch.

I do a lot of counted cross stitch embroidery. As I age, it’s harder for me to thread the needle. These needles have a larger eye, which makes threading one so easy. This package contains several sizes and the needles are contained in a round carousel so they are easy to store and remove as well.

These seem to thread a little easier than others. I especially like the dial case because you know what size you’re getting and you also have a place to return the needles when done.

Paint does start to fleck the end off after hours of use. Good quantity of needles for the price. Would buy again.

I started cross-stitching again and needed a stash of needles. Without real research, I bought these because of the different sizes and quantities. I recommend spending a little more money on other brands. Yes, they're expensive in comparison to these but they last! Durability is important and makes the task at hand go smoothly.These have bent and broken quickly, which is compensated by the quantity you get with these. I do lose needles sometimes so having a nice supply readily available is a good thing. If you buy these, supplement your stash with a higher quality needle.If you want to keep your hobby on the cheaper side, I won't hate on these needles or other supplies. Being mindful of costs when first exploring a needle craft is important especially if you're not going to continue it.

I stitch on different fabrics so need to change needle size frequently. These are great for knowing which size is which without needing a ruler!
