My application is that I needed a stand for a 15.6 inch portable monitor to be used at trade shows. The monitor came with a folding cover that doubles as a kickstand, but that was floppy, ugly and far too close to the table surface.This stand cures those ills by being very sturdy, surprisingly good looking, and offering a variety of vertical spacing options that get the display in the air. I could easily use this with larger monitors and the single post with the glass base look great on my desk.Assembly was simple but they missed an opportunity by not including a wrench needed for tightening the swivel head. It was conspicuously absent when they had included the Allen wrenches/screwdriver, cables clips, and VESA mounting hardware already.If it all works out as planned this will be a great purchase. If anything changes I’ll update this review.

ADVANTAGES — Easy assembly. Phillips driver tool included. Rugged. Additional screws included in case your display does not come with screws. Bracket offers several mount sizes. If you use the highest mount position, there is room under the display to put a pen holder or other items like a keyboard. DRAWBACKS — The are only a few adjustment height options. Other stands have an easy and smooth vertical up/down adjustment with easy lock. This one requires some assembly and the thumbscrew for holding in position takes a while to install/remove. So, it's not easy to move up and down. If you are using it as a permanent monitor stand with a fixed height, then the lack of sliding up/down adjust isn't a problem. PROS-CONS — The base is glass and looks elegant, but it could crack and break if dropped or if something drops on it. The base is big and can hold a standard size 11-inch wide wireless keyboard without number keys, but this also means that the large base will need a lot of desk area with a depth of about 8-inches and width of almost 12-inches. A small base would take up less desk area, but also not really offer any storage on top. The large base actually helps reclaim some desk area. CONCLUSION — For my purposes, this monitor stand works well and is priced economically. Despite the price being lower cost than others, I don't notice any compromises in design.

Sturdy stand, instructions are clear. Holds the monitor well and pivots easily. The one nitpick is part of the basic design: You can adjust the height, but that requires effectively removing the screen from the stand and then installing it at a higher or lower height. It has to do with how the VESA mount is attached to the stand itself, which uses notches. A better solution would be to use a rail where the VESA mount can slide up and down the stand. It isn't a deal breaker if you don't plan to move the screen a lot vertically, but if you plan to, look for a different stand.

Salvo que tienes que apretar un tornillo cuando mueves la pantalla hacia arriba o abajo para que se mantenga en la posición deseada, que en mi caso no me afecta, es un producto que cumple con lo que promete, que se ve bonito y ayuda a la comodidad para trabajar, compré dos ya que si quedé conforme con la primer unidad.
