Fits perfect on the MAM bottles. Great option if you don't want to purchase separate sippy cups. It functions great and has no leaks from what I have noticed. Very easy to clean!

These perfectly fit on my mam bottles and are a perfect replacement for the nipples once baby is old enough. Great quality and easy to use.

My sone loves his mam bottles and didn't want to give them up for a sippy cup. I love that these allow the best of both worlds.They are great quality, for perfectly. And don't leak.Easy to clean, and my son loves them.Highly recommend.

I guess I am the oddball here vs all these 5 star reviews. Weird. I was disappointed with these spouts for several reasons. I'll list them in no particular order.It is a pain to put it in the cap. You can't just pull it through and pop into place like with a typical nipple or spout. It is too soft. It pops straight through when you're trying to adjust it and get the top flange situated properly. Repeatedly. You basically have to do it little by little and upside down.When you tighten the cap, it never quite feels like it is right. If you tighten too tight it'll make it leak because the flange crinkles up. If you leave it too loose it'll still leak and is possible that the baby could accidently loosen it. Idk it just never feels quite right. You can't tighten it the same / as much as you can with the mam nipples on.There are leaks between the two layers of the flange.Variable flow is like xxslow and xslow. 7 month old had to work way too hard and it takes her triple the time it takes for her to drink the same amount from the bottle. Flow is just way too slow. She currently uses mam size 3 nipples.The spout is very long. Unnecessarily long. Makes using it even more awkward for the baby.The spout collapses tight way too often. The silicone is too thin soft and tacky.The air valve hole doesn't seem to function properly. Part of the reason is that it lays at least partially on the baby's upper lip etc due to where it is placed on the spout.Something about it seems to offset the air flow ring function thing in the bottom of the bottles. You can tell/hear that the air isn't passing through there when using these spouts.I think that in order to have decent flow, you'd have to make your own cuts in the spout. It *looks* like there are several, but they aren't actually holes. They're just indents. You'd have to slit or pinch and snip those spots yourself.

Excellent quality! These fit our MAM bottles perfectly. We haven't noticed any leaks. I appreciate that these are variable flow, so our babe can control how much comes out. Washes just as easily as the standard nipples. Great option for continuing use of bottles and not needing to add additional cups to our cabinets.

Baby likes it. They're made from soft, 100% silicone, which makes them gentle on my baby's gums. The flow is just right—not too fast or slow—and they fit the Mam bottles perfectly. Easy to clean and durable, these nipples make transitioning from bottle to cup so much smoother. Highly recommend!
