This kit is great value and includes a lot. Some items there are more then one of, it's always good to have a spare (or extra). It was easy to pack, and there is a lot of extra room for more. Ideas: wool socks, a pair of extra undies, a sewing kit, a couple camp cloths for cleaning, some extra pain killers and maybe antibotic cream, etc.The most important thing you need that this kit does not include is a portable water container! Like a bottle, canteen or a water bib. It does have a purification straw as well as iodine tablets to sterilize dirty water of all those nasty bugs (dysentery is no joke, especially if you have to be on the move.)Those are just suggestions off the top of my head, I have survival training and have mountaineering experience ... however i am by no means an expert, i have never had to bug out in emergancy. Don't take my thoughts and ideas as any kind of expert advice.

I’m by no means a prepper, but I like to keep basic emergency supplies on hand for unplanned emergencies (storms, etc) so I decided to boost my collection a little further with a bug out bag for our home or friends/family in case of emergency! The kit all seems to be of great value, much sturdier and well thought out than I was honestly expecting. Everything fits very comfortably inside the backpack and leaves plenty of extra room if you want to expand on it, which most probably would but this kit would honestly get you through most critical situations if needed.I can truly say I am impressed with it overall and would definitely recommend it no matter what you may or may not be prepping for. This is an excellent all around kit that will give you a leg up for most emergencies.

The backpack is excellent. Good quality and very roomy (expandable). The contents provide a wide range of items necessary for an emergency evac. Unlike so many similar kits, the quality is good. I would advise adding a ferrocerium stick to complement the small box of (waterproof) matches. The included flashlight is interesting: it has the usual forward beam, but down the side are LEDs that can be used as e.g., emergency flashers. There's also a solar panel equipped power bank for charging phones and the like. There's a first aid kit in a nice pouch, a water straw, work gloves, food rations, and water purification tablets, and emergency sleeping shelters and bags. There's even a bar of soap and a deck of card for good clean fun on the run (sorry, it was just there). The price is a bit higher than other roughly equivalent packs/items, but the overall quality of everything justifies the price. Obviously, you are also paying for the convenience of not having to gather all For me, it was a good purchase.

I was skeptical of ordering this kit but it actually offers a lot for a first timer. The bag is good quality and seems like it will hold up well in the weather. Maybe some water resistance spray would be something to look into also but otherwise great construction. Plenty of room for all the tools and supplies and then some. It holds everything included very well as well as my survival hatchet and plenty of room for spare clothes or other goodies. The tools and safety kits are decent and obviously aren’t a military medic bag but if you needed to get by for a week in the woods or maybe even longer I believe just with what came included and some knowledge two people could survive very well. I’m impressed that it comes with high grade food grain bars that I actually wasn’t expecting when I ordered it. I must’ve overlooked that part. Electronics are good quality the charger station works well and the flashlight and radio are a great addition with many rechargeable options. All together this kit is a great place to start and I put it all together and set it right in my EMP can to protect the electric equipment. I have no doubts I’ll order from Sirius Survival again. Thank you!

I have to admit that I was hesitant with the $300 price tag, but I knew we need a bug out bag. When the bag came, we recieved a super nice backpack, and all of the contents separately. I went through said checklist that they sent with it to be honest and transparent, and every single thing was present,so we built the bug out bag. It's incredible! It also came with a list of things that they would reccomend to get as well, because there is so much room in this backpack for more things. I am a huge fan of this company now! Thanks so much for the piece of mind you gave us. I think $300 bucks was a steal tbh!

The products included in this survival kit are too notch! Putting it all together was fun and happily surprised to see it was a lot more included than we thought. Thank you.

I made this purchase seeing that it was a pretty decent stocked kit compared to others. I didn't have high expectations as I just wanted to have the minimum incase of a SHTF scenario. I was actually surprised at the quality of items. The flashlight it came with is bad ass. It has built in solar cells for charging and can be used as a battery bank. Definitely wasn't expecting that. Overall I'm really satisfied with the purchase.

Great collection of survival equipment. Provides all of the basics in a sturdy backpack with room for your additions for your pet, your meds, etc/ Would be nice if lighwght tarp was included for a shelter, but very pleased with the contents.
