Excellent quality and securely clamps battery. Used with a one inch thick 50000mAh battery and the mount had to problem gripping the battery. Excellent fabrication quality as is all of Sirui products I have acquired.

For extended shoots I use a V-mount. This accommodates that with little encumbrance.

Mostly feels like all metal. The tightening mechanism is superb. The only thing that would make it great would be if I could change the orientation from horizontal to vertical.

It’s a simple design, it works perfectly. The v mount battery doesn’t fall off when it hard, it fits most if not all v mount batteries!

I love sirui products, trust my life on their tripod I got last year. but this battery plate not so much. I just bought a Neewer mini v-mount battery and this plate together to give longer power to my bmpcc4k and just from testing it before mounting it on my rig, the battery is loose, almost wiggly. I'm not sure about anyone else that feel this way, but I know personally I have a strong insecurity about my battery, or anything for that matter, being loose on my camera rig. I want to feel confidence in this and want to love this product because it is solid, the build quality and everything works the way as intended, but holding the battery strikes a certain fear in me that if not handled properly could result in busting other parts of my rig that I might have to replace sooner than later. So I would strongly think about this one. I know I'm now considering looking into other v-mount plates as we speak.

This is a nice solidly built mounting plate. The battery connects and disconnects well and the countersunk thread holes are nice. It is fairly small and light, but not too small. My only real complaint is that it did not come with any mounting screws. Other plates I've ordered, as well as other rig components, have come with multiple screws. Otherwise it is a good plate.

Ya lo he usado varias veces colocando la baterÃa en vertical. Buena calidad y precio. Tornillos bien y enganche bien.Probaré también con la baterÃa en horizontal.

This clamp is so well built. The thumb knob is good for different sizes of power bank blocks and also allows the right amount of pressure applied to keep the mounted in place. While the modern PD powerbank is so versatile and high powered, who wants those expensive setups of V-mount batteries with cumbersome cable connections ? I attached it on the back of the rod clamp mounted on a tripod, perfect fit plus providing additional mount points. I used it for mounting a PD Powerbank ( long rectangular block) to supply power to video lights. I also use it to clamp on any accessories some other times. A very useful item. A must have for any photographers / videographers who want to simplify their rigs or anyone who just starts off with their video work and decides to skip using V-mount batteries.

Very nice holder, I can mount it to my SmallRig V Mount plate and have my power bank mounted there. Two screws on the back help mointing it on better and more convenient, I probably change to smaller screws so I can attach it with a V mount mointing plate but still very good design.
