This is one of five SISU mouthguards I’ve bought for my wrestling boys. They have always protected their teeth and braces. There has been one time (that I know of) that the inside of their mouth bled from getting hit by a knee to the cheek and the inside of said cheek getting cut by the guard. I like being able to remold them several times as they have gone through different phases of orthodontics or even when one boy graduated out of wrestling and the next in line used it. So they are long lasting and durable. We’ve had to cut one down before when my son got springs on his braces. A note on molding with braces… according to SISU you are supposed to have your orthodontist mold them for you, to avoid getting the guard stuck to the metal or forming it too tight and not being able to get it off easily. Our orthodontist wouldn’t do it and just gave us a Shock Doctor mouthguard. Those are huge and hard to breathe with. So we did the molding of the SISU ourselves using foil to protect it from sticking. There have been a couple times we almost formed it too tight and barely got it off, but have never actually had a problem. I do prefer this 3D version as opposed to the flat Aero version. It is just easier to form. I will always go back to SISU, though I doubt I will need to buy any more since they are remoldable. For that reason they are a great value.

These were easy to fit to my mouth, I liked them better than the aero since they were a little thicker. I see them for BJJ.

Performed exactly as expected fitting process for my six-year-old went very well heated up in boiling water let cool briefly and then fit in his mouth had no issues now since it’s been formed would highly recommend

We tried multiple cheaper mouth guards for our son and he had so much difficulty keeping them in and swallowing. Just spend the little but more to get this one. We spent way more on multiple cheap ones than if wed just gotten this one in the first place. It molds so much easier and is way better for young kids than any of the many others we tried. To top it off, it is very forgiving and when we didn't get it molded on the first try, we popped it back in the hot water and started over. We will get a Sisu every time from now on!

Title says it all. Bought this for bjj but will not be using it. Was looking for a thinner replacement for my previous silicon mouthguard but this is not it. It's just a incredibly overpriced piece of dry, hard plastic in the shape of a mouthguard.

I've been using the SISU Aero for hockey as a goalie for years and they are great once molded. But, getting the Aero properly fitted is a pain in the ass. The 3d fixes that iusse and has a similar fit/feel to the Aero, so yes highly recommend.

I now recommend this to my training partners as its so light and comfy to wear even when just training as well as sparring. Took me a while and a few attempts to get it right for me but once done its spot on.

Expected quality product. One of my daughters has an issue with the ones you have to fold up around your teeth. She loves this 3D version and found it really easy to fit and comfortable to wear.

I use this for jiu jitsu and it has served me well. Got kneed in my mouth once and only got cut lips, but my teeth and all were fine.

Light and breathable. Provides a comfortable fit! Makes training in it quite easy.
