You can breath while wearing them. And mostly talk. I haven't been injured wearing it yet so no review on effectiveness but wearing it feels better than some of the bulkier ones.

The kids love these mouthguards, as a parent I’m not so crazy about them. They tend to not hold their molding, and from a shock absorption perspective. I can’t wrap my head around the concept.

Bought this for roller derby as my previous boil and bite was to big. SISU is small and remoldable which is ideal for being able to talk and drink water while practicing. Great purchase.

If your looking at this, you don’t really need a review. This is a better model than most, but will need you to do some work the mold it to your satisfaction. My daughter is a roller derby skater so needs a high quality item to protect her lovely smile. If your the same, this is the item for you. This is the second one she has used.

Description says this is good for older kids, it is not.Still needs size small for kids , the medium is probably good for young adults
