I am VERY disappointed. I own the first version. I bought the second version because I wanted some of the new features.I swapped out my existing flame and plugged in the new one.It DID NOT WORK. I dorked around for a short time but the fact is the pilot light did not come on.I went thru the return process with Amazon. Yes, U was 100@ careful to keep the original plastic wrap. The unit was clean as when it arrived.I took the shipping package to Kohls but they refused to accept the package. The supplier has some idea of going thru humps and such.I was extremely careful with the failing product. What a HUGE disappointment. Amazon fails me on this purchase.Gerald Stephenson
