No idea why anyone would give this less than 5 stars... it lasts a LONG time on a battery charge, has high n medium light bright settings, metal flip out hook for hanging the light, magnetic back piece for attaching it to things, light weight, very dueable (been dropped many times).

It has magnets built into the base which is great for working in and around electrical panels. And the beam of light is wide and illuminates a broad area. I’m an electrician and people in my trade tend to laugh at brands like Skil but i am loving their new tool line up

I am really impressed with the light. Firstly, the light is incredibly bright, much brighter than any other lamp I have used before. Even though I don't know much about lumens, I can tell you that the light is more than enough to brighten up even the darkest corners of my workshop.Another great feature of this light is the rotating handle, which has positive stops that fix the light in place. This makes it really easy to adjust the light and direct it exactly where I need it. I also appreciate the two brightness settings, which are useful if you plan to use the light for an extended period of time.Recently, I had a power outage in my house, and I used this flood light during that. It was a real lifesaver, and I was impressed with how long the battery lasted.One of the best things about this light is that it is part of the Skil 12v battery platform. The fact that all the tools are brushless, including this light (lol), is a huge bonus.Overall, I am really pleased with the quality of this flood light. It is well-built and feels like it will last a long time. I would definitely recommend this light to anyone who needs a bright, reliable, and versatile flood light.

This light is great! It provides lots of light and will last hours with a 4ah battery. The cons are, there is no hanging hook to hang it on anything so you have to set it on a flat surface and it could be more compact for storage.

Like its functionality/ergonomics. It's a great utility work light to have a long. Its bright, but not, TOO bright, to the point where you get some hard light, you can't work with.It has 2 light modes Bright & less bright.Great Ergonomics. The base is heavy enough to sit where ever you put it.It has 2 hanging loops. 1 big one, for rafters, and another one for a "Nail". PLUS it has a super strong magnet to stick to metal surfaces.The light is pretty multi-directional, so it's very functional.I don't much care for the 'SKIL' brand, but whoever put this light together, really knocked it out of the park design wise!Update:Had this light since July 2021, use it every other day for utility functions, and it has continued to work great! Probably one of my better purchases as far as utility lights go.

This is my 2nd review of this light. For some reason Amazon found fault in my first one. Don't know why.... anyway as I've said in my first one versatility is key with this light. You don't have to worry about a cord and it operates off the 12/20 volt system. which is nice. It's bright and puts light where you need it. I hope Amazon is ok with these things.

It throws a lot of light and really lights up a work area. It is very sturdy and i predict it will last many years. It uses the Skil 20v battery system. I wish it had a handle on the back because I end up carrying it like a lantern on my job.

Love this light it's so compact, very strong and robust feeling.The 2 different brightness are powerful whichever you choose by dimple push of oversized rubber button. Great wee multi position stand with Grove to allowtobe hung on nail/screw.I had ridgid 18v and mikwaukee before mow chasing skil, line as do what I need as kitchen installer.And at half cost highly recommend this wee light and every SKIL tool I purvhased

Aprovechando que tengo baterÃas de esta plataforma ya me hice de varias herramientas y como la mayorÃa esta no me ha decepcionado, da muy buen brillo, los materiales se notan de buena calidad y la baterÃa me dura bastante
