Kid took it out at night, and he thought it helped, but the amount of glare it created for everyone else he was with was a bit much for this to be too much fun for everyone around him.

These look really cool, and the kids love them. They're a little hard to fit the first time, but worth it. I'd say they are for ages 5 and up. The pens are neat, but you can't recharge or replace batteries. You can order more online though. Overall, very cool.

My son was thrilled with his gift from “Santaâ€, after wearing them 4-5 times on Christmas Day they stopped working. Put new batteries in thinking it drained them fast, still doesn’t work. Big disappointment to my 8 year old.
