There's nothing to dislike. This works perfectly. The place I did my physical therapy said I needed one that wasn't elastic but I bought this one anyways. It works wonderful. I recently had knee surgery, and this item was used to get my leg in and out of bed. Also used for the various stretching exercises I had to perform. This yoga tool has several loops, which makes it helpful to perform a variety of exercises. It is durable, yet soft andcomfortable on the skin.

Love this! Gymnastics coach here - I Use it as a side station for strength and flexibility and it’s great. Super stretchy but not so much so that it’s useless.

This is a useful product! This stretching strap is good for so many different types of exercises and stretches. It's thicker and much stretchier than the typical rubber type of elastic strap that's popular. This one is made of a soft fabric, so it's more comfortable to use, as well. I love that it has nine different loops that you can put your hands and feet in, so that you can do different intensities of stretching. The loops are numbered, as well, and they each have an image of a different stretch you can do on the opposite side. This product also comes with detailed instructions including photos of 14 different stretches that can be done with the strap, so it's great for beginners.I was worried that this strap may stretch out and become harder to use after awhile, but after using it for a few weeks, it has retained its shape. I think it's best for light to medium intensities of stretching. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality and easy-to-use stretching strap! The purple color I got is so bright and helps it be easier to find, too.

I am new to the stretch band concept and I really love this lavender stretch band that has many different notches for you to stretch different parts of your body as you see fit! :0)I like this elastic cloth stretch band so much more than the often powdery rubber/latex stretch bands. This stretch band is comfortable and allows light - medium stretch/give and in my opinion, it’s the perfect beginner’s stretch band before you move on to solid yoga nylon webbing for major stretching. This is fine with me for now! :0)I also love the fact that I can wash this in a lingerie bag in the delicate cold cycle and tumble dry or air dry it as needed.This band also comes with a color photo pamphlet to help beginners like me with different stretch routines! I’m really happy with my choice and absolutely love the lavender and mint coloration and stretch pose decorations on this band.I already started using it and it’s helping me release stress, crack and stretch my joints, etc. It feels awesome and I definitely can get into this daily gentle stretching routine! Ich habe mir diese Produkt zwecks Hilfestellung für Dehnübungen gekauft. Hervorzuheben sind die einzelnen Schlaufen die helfen, sich in Etappen bei den einzelnen Dehnübungen weiter zu strecken. Gut durchdacht. Die Nähte sind stabil und stark vernäht. Ebenso ist das Band breit genug und macht somit einen stabilen Eindruck. Ich nutze es fast täglich und bislang hat es immer noch seine Elastizität. Preis Leistung empfinde ich als TOP! Vielen Dank

Bueno, pues voy a escribir lo que mi señora me ha dicho que escriba, ya que yo todavÃa no he usado esta cinta, era para ella.Es una cinta con un diseño y colorido bonito, de un tacto suave (no tiene costuras duras ni que puedan hacer roces o cortes) y su flexibilidad es media/baja, por lo que es apta para gente que no esté fuerte como un limón. Los que estén fuertes, que la usen doblada....Viene con un pequeño panfleto con unos ejercicios, que aunque está en inglés, se pueden seguir perfectamente porque son muy gráficos (vamos, que son fotos).Le pongo 5 estrellas porque el producto está muy bien fabricado y es de calidad; aparentemente resistirá bien el paso del tiempo.En cuanto al panfleto de ejercicios, pues no veo necesario bajar estrellas porque sea escueto o porque haya que contactar con el vendedor para que te envÃe más ejercicios, ya que hoy dÃa hay cientos de vÃdeos con estas cintas y seguramente mucho mejor explicados. Asà que, voy a valorar exclusivamente el producto.Pues eso, que dice mi mujer que está muy bien y que le viene genial para hacer ejercicio en casa cuando no vamos a pádel, gimnasio o hacer bicicleta (con esto quiero indicar que es buena deportista y si la califica bien, es porque le sirve).

Aparte de ser muy bonita la quise probar por los bucles incorporados, entendiendo que asà aumenta la versatilidad de uso, además de corresponder cada número a un ejercicio / estiramiento en concreto.El tacto es mucho más agradable que las bandas de goma o látex.Viene en una cajita de cartón sin plásticos.Lo que me no ha gustado es el hecho que solo trae un pequeño folleto en inglés y que he no podido encontrar la información que buscaba en los canales indicados por el vendedor en dicho folleto.Solo quedarÃa contactar al vendedor por mail para recibir instrucciones más detalladas (opción indicada en el folleto) y eso no es lo que esperaba o querÃa e influye negativamente en mi percepción del artÃculo.Creo que la cinta en si está bien, pero que menos que unas instrucciones de fácil acceso.
