I had been using a strap for many years that had no foot placement or hand holds built in. I could create a handhold by tying a knot into the strap, but I typically would not do that as I found myself wanting a number of different distances during the stretch. This belt is far superior in stretches to the lower calf and hamstring. The foot placement pad with Velcro ankle band was key to enabling me to focus on lower calf stretches as my foot/leg was secured from the slight twisting that would typically take place.I was surprised that the numerous stitched handhold positions were so useful. They enabled me to relax my arms while holding the stretch which allowed me to go further into stretches over 1-2 minutes as my arms did not tire out.

This is a great addition to my workout routine. I like to use it for yoga and pilates. It is sturdy and well-stitched. The multiple loops make it easy to adjust for multiple people.

I have tried understanding how an expensive elastic band is worse than this strap and loop. The only thing I have found is that this is safer, as there is no way it would slip off my foot. However, getting it on my foot was a little tricky.

What I like about this stretching strap is that it is long. It's not like an oversized rubber band, like you'll get with some other brands. That makes it more versatile when it comes to exercises that involve your feet and hands together. But it's also strong enough to take a beating. I've been doing daily exercises with it to stretch out my rotator cuff and bicep muscles and it's really helping with a lingering injury. One of the highest quality stretching straps I've seen. Recommended.

Great exactly what was needed for some PT. Definitely fits well and helps you do some stretches. Sturdy and works well

I’ve been using steps and blue plastic calf stretches my whole life and have never seen a product like this! It’s unique design helped me get a deeper stretch then I thought was possible and it felt amazing! It’s lightweight and convenient and easy to travel with. Recommend. Improve your flexibility and get a relaxing stretch!

I’ve had plantar issues for some time now, and this has really been a game changer. There is an included strap that you can use by itself for all kinds of stretches, but where it really SHINES is with the added “bootâ€. It straps in easily and hooks at the top. They include a whole number of illustrated stretches for you to try, but it’s relatively intuitive. The segmented hand grips make it easy to change position to adjust pressure. The stretch is AMAZING, a really gets deep into the muscles and joints. I’m getting the kind of stretch I’ve tried everything for about three YEARS to get, and it happened the first time. Incredibly satisfying, really glad to have this in my life. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Good strap stretcher but wish it came assembled.. I fiddled with it and got it to be right the second time. But one of the velcro straps (the smaller one towards the heel of the foot) is not measured out right and so the velcro starts to peel off some when I have the full weight of my leg held by the strap.This makes me loose my confidence to relax into the stretch, which interferes with it working.I need to have confidence in the more proximal strap attachment to the bottom of the foot plate, but I cannot because the velcro half comes apart with the weight of my small female leg.
