I bought this to help me get my 115lb dog into a lifted ford f250. He had a torn ccl and I needed help lifting his back end. This has been super helpful. I am only 5 foot tall this has given me the ability to help my baby.

This brace was bought for a going-on-15yo lab/hound mix, around 80 lbs with pretty bad arthritis in her back legs.There has to be a better way!It does help you hold on to the dog when walking, but I have trouble getting her in a standing position when her arthritis is flaring, and that is the only way to wrap this around her - the velcro does NOT want to stay connected while I am fighting to snap the leg straps in place, and all of the clips are difficult to snap in place when putting it on, and damn near impossible to unsnap when the dog is fighting to sit/lay as you are trying to get it off without hurting her.I honestly don't know what kind of harness would be easier to put on her at this point, so I will just continue to struggle with it.

I love this sling! It allows your dog to go potty while it's on! My other one was getting peed on and when I would take it off so he could potty he would fall down without support. This allows me to support him while he pees! I give it ten stars!!

Worked well helping my Rottweiler to stand up and walk up/down stairs.Almost seemed small for my rottie though, had to be mindful of brace sliding back and pushing on his penis.Male, 120lbs 6 years old.

This was good at first and I still like the design but the hook and loop do not stay together with even the lightest pull. I have checked and cleaned the surfaces but they are clean. If I press and rub the surfaces together aggressively, I get a little better hold. I am going to try to replace the material myself as otherwise the design is good but this makes it useless.

Recently our dog tore his ACL and was having trouble walking. We needed a harness to help him up when he fell and this harness seemed well padded and pretty easy to put on even if our dog is laying down. He can wear this harness around the house and on walks. Still allows him to go to the bathroom without getting the harness soiled. He doesn’t seem to mind wearing it. Padded on the belly too so he doesn’t mind being lifted by it. Happy with this brace.

My dog has arthritis and this sling helps him to maneuver and keep his balance. Seems comfortable for him and it’s easy to get on/off

I sent this back because I needed this to hold up my 5 month old (60lb) puppies rear end because he broke his rear leg and couldn’t even stand up. It did not work for that as he was just too heavy to use it for that purpose, it doesn’t give enough support for thst. If your dog is smaller it would prob work but not for a large dog that can not support itself.
