It fit my selfie light. I have a Sony VZ-1F. The camera is light. The metal is sturdy and I like the movable head.

The original piece to my ring light broke (I had it for about 3 years or so). This replacement piece fit perfectly, for me to resume mounting.

You can tighten it up, and with any vibration or shaking at all, it loosens up and moves. It's fairly frustrating. Not stable enough for any of my requirements.
