This feeder seems small and kind of awkward fitting in the medium sized bowl but it fits and does its job. My dog inhales his food without chewing and this slowed him down to an average pace. It works as intended

This fit his bowl really well and allowed us to feed him better. We tried a different brand and it didn’t fit his bowl. Definitely measure the bowl. This washes easily and is nice because we can remove it easily for cleanup. It really suctions into his bowl. Great quality and is a good fit for our needs.

It does convert a bowl in to a slow feeder, however if you dog likes silicone toys they *may* decide to eat the insert.

My 2 Yorkies have a tendency to eat too fast resulting in sometimes coughing or gaging. I bought these inserts (one in green and one in blue) to hopefully curb this, fit inside their small stainless food bowls and make them easy to clean. All goals have been accomplished! My boys are don't mind the inserts at all, they fit perfectly in their food bowls and clean up is easy. The most important thing is that my furbabies are eating slower and without coughing or gasping afterwards. Highly recommend! Oh, came quickly and exactly as pictured/ described.

This slow feeder insert is GREAT! It helped slow down my dog while eating. He used to choke from eating so fast. It’s convenient cause it sticks and unsticks to a regular bowl and is easy to clean……HOWEVER….. it is a habitat for MOLD. I clean it after every meal very well and make sure to dry it off, I even sanitize it in boiling water once a week. But being that it’s a rubbery soft material, mold grows very easily under the suction cups and in the little air holes. I recommend purchasing one of the plastic slow feeder bowls, not inserts.

Sticks very well to a regular steel bowl. Definitely does a good job of slowing my dog down eating and holds up to her picking up the bowl by the insert and throwing it. Has held up through many washes and feedings of my 85lb dog.

I was glad I measured my bowls before ordering. Even though one bowl is bigger than the other, the same size fits both bowls. It has definitely slowed down our dogs. We have standing bowl holders and the puppy can pull the entire bowl out when he gets down to the last few pieces of kibble (the suction holds the insert in place). At that point, I usually just pull the insert out and dump the 6 or 7 pieces left into the bowl and let him have it. I have been very pleased with how sturdy the inserts are-they haven't shown any sign of damage even though the pup works very hard to get all the kibble out.

Cette gamelle à insérer dans le bol du chien est excellente! De très bonne qualité, elle est souple, facile à nettoyer et remplit parfaitement son rôle. Elle s'adapte bien au bol grâce à une succion efficace qui la maintient solidement en place. Excellent produit!

I’m not sure if it’s just my breed, but my great dane cannot reach all the food given how tall the barriers are. Love the idea though!
