Overall this is a fantastic product for the price. Love the look and feel, people compliment my lock which is saying something. I like the voice feedback and self locking. Install was very easy and straightforward.I don't love the app connectivity. It's a little wonky because you basically have to wake the lock by touching it or interacting with it in order to control it with the app. So to change codes or any other settings I essentially have to be next to the lock. The fingerprint reader is so so, works well for me, others have mixed results. As long as they have a code it's not a huge deal. I guess I would say don't count on it to be 100%, have a backup just in case. All in all I'm happy with the quality.

The lock is very high quality totally worth the money. Fingerprint scanner works pretty fast and reliable. Keypad provides a great backup entry alternative when wearing gloves. Installation is fast and straightforward. Waiting to see how the battery life performs.

I have returned 2 similar locks for various reasons. Inconsistent operation, poor and incomplete installation and operating instructions. Also, the app logic was unclear and confusing.Not so with KUCACCI products. The difference was amazing. App logic makes sense, instructions are clear complete and easy to follow, and locks work flawlessly. Now for the best part. I contacted customer service and received clear and personable response within 24 hours! Who does that!!Stick with KUCACCI and you wont be sorry!Al Oak

Update: After posting my original review they then reached out when they saw my review and offered me a refund and a partial way of solving my issue, a free Bridge. I said I agreed and would definitely update my review tonreflect their prompt response and willingness to try and solve the problem, my choice they never asked. They then ignored my messages for a week and didn't follow through on their resolution. They offered the refund first I never ask or initiated a full return before then. Whats the point of offering a resolution and then never following through on it. I was actually going to give them another chance and purchase some knobs for additional doors but will never consider or recommend them to any clients or people I interact with. Not to mention the latest that keep the battery doors in place already shaped off the first time I went to change the batteries.Original Review:I bought two of these door knobs and 1 of the matching deadbolt. Got them all installed and go to do the app setup portion and turns out the knobs and the deadbolt aren't controlled by the same app. So I have to have two completely separate apps to control my locks and then they use different wifi bridges as well and now I'm forced to spend another $35-$40 if I want the full functionality. No where in either products description are these pointed out.
