It was easy to install. The shade didn't finish going to the end when using the remote. I contacted smartwings. They got back to me right away. They showed me a picture of what it might be. The ropes were around the rod part. Probably happened during shipping. I was able to fix it easily and it works perfectly and it is beautiful!

These motorized blinds are very high quality and after having them installed for over 2 weeks they work perfectly! Connected to Apple Homekit seamlessly and they work on the schedule without a flaw. These blinds were custom-made and completed early, arriving almost a month before the initial promised date. Similarly priced blinds from the local shop were double the price and 3 times the lead time.
