My window is not perfectly square, so I left details with the seller when ordering a custom size. Customer service contacted me about a day later to make sure I got the correct size. They fit perfectly after a recommended adjustment to the size.No drill installation took minutes. The mounting bracket is metal with contact pads, not plastic, so I don’t expect any slippage when raising and lowering the blinds.They look great, feel solidly built and they’re easy to raise and lower with little effort.

The shades are nice because you do not have to put holes in the wall (ours is tile) in order to hang. But, they do slide down a bit because the pressure used to pull them down. Very nice product. The ordering instructions are not very clear.

*Stay away, use someone who can come in person to confirm the size or your window*The item is appears to be well made, but the dimensions of the item were incorrect upon arrival. Unable to return due to custom sizing, greatly disappointed that it does not fit. Sizing was off by less than an inch, but enough to affect it fitting.Update: the seller contacted me and said if I could provide proof that the manufacturer was off in their sizing they could replace the item. After providing prof and waiting over a week they stated again that they could not fix the issue.Before ordering these blinds be sure to check with the seller that everything was measured completely perfectly before confirming. If your product doesn’t fit the solution after weeks of waiting for an answer is to cut your expense blinds with scissors..
