I have a Wyze camera in my garage that is powered by MicroUSB. The cord that came with it was 6 feet and not long enough to reach my outlet (which is around 15 feet from the camera), so I had to use an extension cord. I did not like the having the plug, where it connects to the extension cord, sitting on the metal shelf. With this new cord, I can plug the power block into the outlet and there is nothing contacting the metal shelf.This set also comes with 2 adapter cords that can switch its connection to USB-C, in case you have a blink camera or a new Wyze that needs USB-C. For a very reasonable price, this is a great cord that meets a special requirement.
