The country of origin is China. Amazon descriptions of the product should include the product origin. The luggage rack appears to be durable made of bamboo. Assembly instructions are adequate to get the job done. Everything needed for assembly was included.

I ordered two of these and I am considering ordering two or four more . They are so convenient and sturdy. Easy to store, great for what they are intended luggage. I love not having to put a dirty suitcase or travel bag on top of my bed much less having to open luggage on the floor .

These luggage racks were easy to assemble and really make it easy for our guests to enjoy a more comfortable stay at our Airbnb by keeping the suitcases off the ground and in an accessible place.

Do not purchase from these people. The holes did not line up so if put together it would not fold down, so what a loss of money on these!!!

We have a small bedroom downstairs that has turned into the In-law suite when they visit.They usually have carryons so decided to get something to keep their luggage off the floor and organized.The black color on these are great and they match the black trim of the bedroom. The only problem is the size is not deep enough. Even for a carry on it doesn’t fit perfectly inside. Essentially the bags will sit on the wooden part of the top rung so that will be worn out faster as the bags rub against the wood and fabric.The wood is heavy duty and the install only took about 10 minutes total. The weight is good so don’t see it tooling over and it fold easily with the bottom run that floats in the air.

These luggage racks are perfect for anyone with a guest room or hosting airbnbs! The size when expanded is about 2 feet by 1.5 feet, big enough to fit a carryon or a medium size luggage when opened. The height is a bit shorter than I like, only about 1.8 feet high, wish this was higher. The rack is made of good wooden material and feels sturdy enough to handle even the heaviest luggage. Great for anyone who needs a rack in their guest room!

After what felt like way too long to assemble these racks, I finally got them together. 😮â€ðŸ’¨ The directions were very confusing and nothing was labeled, so you have to really stare on instructions to find out which was shorter which was longer, then which bar goes on the outside verse which one should be in the inside. After trial and error on the first rack, the second one came together a little more easily, thankfully. But for close to $100 I was expecting something far more streamlined in assembly and far better looking than this. After it was assembled, when folding it, the bottom piece that just lays over one side doesn’t lift on its own. You have to fold and then fold the bottom piece in after. That’s not a really big deal if these were $30 or less dollars but they are not. It does hold smaller luggage fine, with some wobble, so it does its job just not as well as I expected it to.

These luggage racks are sturdy, easy to assemble, and they look nice. I love the lower shelf - it makes the rack more stable and is an added spot for shoes or another bag. I definitely recommend this product, especially since it was a package of 2 racks.
