the equipment arrive with a missed part. we ask for it and we never received it.after two weeks of use one of the cables that holds the weights is damage. so the quality of the product is not good

I gotta say, the instruction manual for this Smith machine is super clear. Each step is marked with the parts you need, so putting it together was pretty straightforward. Once it's all setup, this thing is rock solid. The multifunctional design and the included accessories let me do a ton of different exercises, hitting almost every muscle group. The dual safety features are great, whether I'm using the free barbell or the Smith barbell. Plus, the seat cushion that attaches to the safety arms is a game-changer for LAT pulldowns-no more dragging a weight bench around. Just a heads-up: don't install the pulleys too early, or you might have to take them off to thread the cables. And leave the bolts a bit loose until everything's assembled; it makes each step easier. Overall, this Smith machine is an awesome addition to my home gym-versatile, safe, and super durable.
