I've purchased different smores sticks over the years and they have not lasted long or broken during their first use. I recently bought these a few months ago and have found them to be made of very durable materials. They come in a set of 6, which is practical for gatherings. We love to host in our home, so whenever we have folks over, we bust these puppies out at night. When expanded, they still feel sturdy and you are able to toast your marshmallows without getting too close to the flame. They wash off very easily and do not have that "burnt" metal look to them after each use. They also come with a neat storage pouch. I have received so many compliments on these from friends and family. I definitely recommend these. They are made of great quality and are available at a good price. Our next thing is to try grilling some hot dogs with them.

These are well made...come in a nice case...good length...and...I don't really know what I think of them.Part of our hot dog and smore experience is, "go in the woods and find a stick...I'll sharpen it for you."That's just the experience we've always had.We live in the woods...so there's an abundance of sticks...and I always have my knife with me...so if we need to roast or melt something over the fire, we're READY TO GO.That stick sharpening thing is part of the enjoyment. These are really nice, though. They telescope out to a good length...and when fully compressed, fit into a small bag. That's handy.I imagine a family in the city having a big time roasting a weiner with these over a gas stove. That might be fun if you don't have any woods around to cut a weiner stick.Or...maybe you could cook a marshmellow and make a smore in your NYC loft apartment?I don't really know. These would work fine in the woods, too...over a campfire...and I'll give that a shot. It's just different than a stick. They did a great job making these, though...the stick and bag are really nice.( My ten year old daughter just told me she thought they were pretty neat.)

These are brilliant! We use them regularly for a home camp fire! They are compact, and extend super long, and are easy to rotate while cooking. My kids can fit four marshmallows or six sausage all at once on these!!

Let me start by saying the product packaging is so great and I love the brand name and logo…so cute! These reusable marshmallow and hotdog sticks easy store away in their own bag. They each have adjustable length handles that can adjust to different desired lengths. Each skewer has a nice removable protective top that covers the beveled semisharp edge. It’s not super sharp but just sharp enough to skewer a hit dog, marshmallow or whatever. They each have a nice wooden handle so you won’t get that heated conducted to the handle. Great product. I haven’t used them yet so I can speak to that but overall I love them at first sight and look forward to camping or wherever there is a nice fire for roasting. I imagine a bbq would work too :)
