Fit very well , I bought just in case for traveling to Colorado this past thanksgiving , didn’t have to use them but for the price it’s a total value to keep a set each vehicle .

On one hand, these are pretty basic and simple chains to use. You lay them out, roll the tire over them and then attach the ends as tight as you can. There are no additional connections or tighteners. On the other hand, the end connector is just a slot you guide the metal stops on the wire into. You need to pull, stretch and maneuver both ends into each other as tight as possible. Some chains include a winch type mechanism that only requires you to only attach the two ends close enough, then the winch mechanism does the final tightening. I think that method is easier and more secure. What you need to be prepared to do with these is, basically, really get your arms and hands dirty. Unfortunately, when you need to put chains on, it is often already wet and snowing and cold. It would help if you can turn your wheel sharply so you don't have to reach your arm over the tire, deep into the wheel well trying to see the ends as you stretch the chains to get the tightest fit possible. That being said, once you do get them on with a decent tightness, they do not appear to be able to slip or slide off the tire. I did test these driving and they feel like tire chains and stayed in place. They are close to the tire and do not touch the metal on your wheels. My main concern is how long they will last. The metal tubing pieces covering the wire and making contact with the road do not look that heavy duty. Luckily, I only need these because I might need them once a year when visiting the mountains. That's the scenario I think these would be best for.

They fit my car perfectly. I just never get on the freeway. I always take the back roads so I didn’t really need them. I’d keep them if I traveled more, but I don’t.

Edit: These DO NOT fit a 235 tire even when it says it fits up to a 235, it was at least 10 inches off. Please size up or you'll be in trouble like me and my family. Order a size up!I will be driving to my family's home this winter and I will passing through Donner's Pass so I needed a good set of snow chains. These fit my compact SUV perfectly and will help keep me safe on my travels. I wanted to go with this type of chain as it is more low profile and I drive a small SUV.They do come with a good quality mini duffle bag as pictured, but I did not receive gloves as pictured which is why I'm docking it one star. Otherwise, they are quality chains and will help me navigate snowy roads.Safe travels!

Traveling through areas where it snows during winter and you'll want a decent set of snow chains, even if you don't use them some places you are required to have them depending on the season. These are light weight and don't take up much room to keep on hand for such occasions. Order the size for your car, and before you need them do a dry run installing them to make sure you know how, and that they fit.

Got these to have on hand for when I go up to the mountains. Seems like good quality. Remember that in many places, you are required to have chains on hand just in case.

The snow chains were purchased for my upcoming trip to north US. I was uncomfortable to have to deal with snow chains and I wanted something light, easy to install, but it had to be effective! I have lots of experience with snow, as I lived most of my life in New York State. When they arrived (in Florida) I open the box and went to try to install them to see how difficult it would be. Well, Great, not default at all! You wrap it around your tire, pull hard and engage the tips into the catchers and you are ready to go. I then drove around to feel the noise and the discomfort. It was very good, They have a low profile, and it will give you just the edge that you may need if you have to deal with snow. After the driving and roughing a bit around, I inspected their tightness and they were there just as I installed them. It was very easy to remove them. You unlock the clips and then drive forward. You can roll them and store them in their case. They provide you with two vinyl gloves, but I suggest you get a pair of better gloves and keep them in the storage case with the chains.Super easy and appear to be very effective.
