Broke within first hour of using. Head snapped off while prying up rebar stake. Definitely not tough enough to be called a trapping tool. Buy an all steel one.

Solid hammer, the chisel does a great job at cutting river bank to set traps. I use it mostly for racoon and beaver sets.

I don’t know if the other reviews are fake or if they just don’t actually use this hammer in any serious way, but the head came unseated from the handle after less that a dozen uses and almost hit my coworker in the head. Absolute garbage and dangerously cheap tool.
