It's a bit pricey for a plastic adapter but it is for something very specific. Threads onto the official glass carafes nicely and seals well to my E-Terra. Make sure you take your time and place it as far up as you can before rotating forward to lock it in and mine hasn't leaked a drop in probably 20 fillings. It also comes with 2 O-rings to have a spare.

Maybe it was my bottle, but doesn't help with a proper seal enough maybe. But certainly useful.

A must have if you want to upgrade from plastic bottles to glass but only have a sodamaker that only accepts plastic bottles. Made out of high quality plastic made to last.

I have original Sodastream glass carafe bottles and this does not fit them. They are 6 sided, and this is threaded.
