I am teaching myself to free motion quilt and experimenting with various types of batting for the inside. I read about this and decided to try for a tote. It is really wonderful for that. Gives a lot more structure to the bag and quilted easily. I did use a powdered adhesive to lightly fuse it to the fabric on both sides. While it says medium iron heat on the package, I tested it with the hot iron needed for the adhesive and there were no problems at all so I used it all over. It is pricey though so will only use for special things going forward. The tote I made used almost an entire pack.
