My original fan went out in my Master BR - 12x17 ft room. I purchased this fan because I wanted one that could move a volume of air, had a remote, and a DC motor so I could reverse it in the different seasons without involving a ladder. My original was a 52" , 5-blade fan. I was hopeful that this 3-blade 60" fan with 6-Speeds would be a nice replacement. Install was fairly straight forward with easy to follow instructions. DC motor is almost silent really with only the noise from moving air at the top speeds. Love the 3 temperatures of lighting and 4 stages of brightness on each. With the lights out, I still had a slight glow to the light even though it was off. I contacted Customer Service and they recommended that I replace my 3 metal screws that hold the LED panel with nylon ones to correct this issue. I purchased 3 new ones along with nylon washers at ACE for about $0.40 and that fixed the problem. A+ for the fast reply and solution from the Service Department. Perhaps Sofucor should only ship nylon screws for the LED in the future to avoid any issues altogether. Overall the product absolutely meets all my expectation. I only run the fan on #2 of 6 speeds and it moves all the air I need. Customer Service is outstanding in speed to reply. I will consider Sofucor for my future fan needs as I like the sleek, minimal look and quality.

This fan is so pretty, with one slight exception. The plastic cover is very cheap looking. It would be so much prettier with a glass cover or at least better-quality plastic. The description does say it is plastic so no surprise that it was, but it really does look cheaper than necessary. I have seen plastic covers over things that almost look like glass so I know it could be better. Love the remote functions. It is so nice not to have to worry about chains hanging down and ours would be too high anyway. A holder is also included so the remote can be mounted on a wall which is wonderful. So, then you can basically treat it as a light switch. Very quiet motor and the fan works fine. The light puts out a good, but not great, amount of light. I wish it was just a touch more. Using in a large room with this fan on each end and we do have to have another light to have it brightly lit.

I love the aesthetic of this fan! There are multiple speed and light settings on the remote. You can also reverse the direction of the fan depending on the season on the remote. It operates quietly and smoothly. The instructions were all pictures and could have provided more detail to make it a little easier to install.

I bought this fan specifically for its dark wood look and attractive design, as it was purchased to be installed in a home office that had an antique wood ceiling. It was a great decision and exactly what I was looking for - the fan is a nice classic look, the fan blades are real wood and really fit in well with my space. The motor has multiple speeds which can be controlled by remote, and there are several heights you can install it. Please note: you will need an extension wire if you are going with the longest length. This for some reason is not included in the fan, but if you contact the company directly, they will send you one (they did for me free of charge). Overall, very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend.

Customer Service was caring, fast, and reliable! I purchased three DC Sofucor ceiling fans last year and wanted two more to match; however, I could not find the exact model, so I emailed the company. Within 1 day, I got a reply from Sofucar's Customer Service that my fan was no longer made, and they gave me the link to a similar model, which I purchased.I love the remote controls on all five ceiling fans as I have lots of company, and everyone likes a different temperature! Fans in the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and office with remote controls are very convenient!I highly recommend the Sofucor Ceiling Fans, which are beautiful and quiet.

I recently bought 5 of the 60" ceiling fans and so far am very pleased with the purchases. They have a very modern look, the wooden blades are beautiful, and blows air far stronger than my old 5 blade ceiling fans.. One of the fan motors were a bit noisy and after alerting Customer Service (sofucor_service@163.com) they promptly sent me a new replacement motor without needing to send back the original. The remotes can be a bit tricky; consider them as a replacement to your wall switches. Always keep the wall switches in the on position, and use the remote to activate or de-activate the fan/light options. The install directions were easy to follow but in my opinion, written backwards. Trying to put the unit together AFTER it has been installed onto the ceiling cradle was next to impossible especially if using the 5" down-rod. After a nightmare of an installation on the first fan; I decided to put the entire unit together on the ground FIRST (I could see the screw holes!!!) and then lifted up the entire unit into the ceiling cradle. SO much easier; even with the fan blades in my way. The 5 fans have been operating now for about 2 months with no issues. Very pleased so far. Robert in FLA
