One thing I'd change, for my purposes is a quieter, 60 DB siren. 120 is overkill. But if you want it LOUD, 120 works. I'll solder a quieter buzzer in.

I hate this thing. The directions for Installation or not clear. The remote control does not work at all unless it Hass to be programmed I don’t know. I am ready to return it.

These are good alarms, sensitive IR sensor and loud alarm. I have purchased 15 of these units and 5 have failed after about 2 months. Failures range from not charging to alarm not working. Internally, insects are able to get into the unit, there was also some signs of corrosion.I am happy with the unit, but not with the failure rate. Perhaps spraying the internal board with a waterproofing insulator might help. If any more units fail then not buying any more.

The range is very good relative to the area needing the security and alarm really gets your attention. I have the rear an both sides of my home covered and added security lighting with motion detection.

EL INSTRUCTIVO QUE VENIA DENTRO DE LA CAJA DE LA ALARMA INDICA QUE EL DETECTOR DE MOVIMIENTO TIENE UN ALCANCE DE 9 METROS, YA INSTALADA AL PROBARLA, ME PUSE APROXIMADAMENTE A LOS 9 METROS DE FRENTE DEL APARATO, SIN EMBARGO TUVE QUE IRME ACERCANDO HASTA QUE EL SENSOR DETECTO MI PRESENCIA Y ESTO FUE APROXIMADAMENTE 3 METROS LO CUAL NO ME AGRADO TANTO, EL DISEÑO ES MODERNO, EL SONIDO QUE EMITE LA ALARMA ES FUERTE, SOLO QUE EL SENSOR NO TIENE EL ALCANCE QUE DICE.
