This helped a lot. I thought I was doing things wrong but the small tip helps melt micro stuff and its way better to be able to precisely place solder where I want it. Good to have 3-4 tips too. I'm still on my first.

These work well and seemed to be of high quality. The only thing to know, and I don't know if it even matters, but these tips are hallow. The one I replaced was not hallow. Still worked fine. These are for real fine point soldering so for bigger items you'll want a bigger tip I assume. This works fine for soldering on guitars.

I'm a novice soldered. I got new tips and some weird mesh cleaner instead of thr good old sponge I've used since I was a kid. It seems pretty tinned thought I reminded it. Seems to work great if you use the right process.

It's a thin tip but they lasts a long time. Also great for when I'm soldering the small micro circuits.
