Works just like it should. I'm sure you're probably wondering if this thing will melt and start a fire.I'm driving 2 500w heaters using it and it does a great job. It does get warm when using it so I put a heatsink and a fan on it. The heatsink is quite warm to the touch but not hot. Even without the heatsink, driving a single 500w heater it was hot but I could keep my hand on it. The heat seems proportional to the load but not positive so if you are driving a smaller load you may not need to dissipate the heat.

This unit worked for about 4 months. Was mounted on a heat sink, switching about 16 A. Failed, even though it’s rated for 25 A, I don’t believe the rating.

I purchased this relay to control roku and chromecast devices from the usb port on my tv. Works but there seems to be leakage when the relay is open, the devices are off but lights on the devices flicker. I can't measure any voltage or current draw. So far the devices don't seem to be effected.

I had an ssr40-DA in use for controlling my electric smoker. It was getting very hot so ordered this heat sync to help dissipate the heat. The mounting holes aligned with the holes in the ssr, which was the only concern I had. You will have to provide mounting screws. I'm not sure what size, but they are metric.

We used these for a powder coating oven that we made. they work and last longer then they previous ones we were using.

In the picture clearly shows it’s UL certified for US and Canada.But when I received the actual order it’s without UL certification.My question is , do you have UL certified one for replacement? I need 4 of them.Appreciate your swift response on this!
