I have bought 6 of these and they work very well. Sturdy and great price. I will keep buying these models over and over. Each one is keyed different too which is nice. Pops open automatically with Epson style thermal receipt printers.

Es mi 2da compra. Decidà probar de nuevo con la misma marca, porque pasó la prueba de vandalismo. Alguien intentó forzar la gaveta, pero no lograron abrirla.. Mi dinero se mantuvo seguro. Recomiendo el producto 100%.

Took me a long time to decide on what to order - i'm Quite pleased with this.Have only been using the key for the drawer, but it has traveled well, no physical issues. Was going to hook it up to a pulse button to open the drawer without key when needed, but haven't tried yet. Will update when i hook it up to a printer.I have 2 preferences that would be helpful - but wouldn't change that i would purchase this drawer again.1 - a place to tuck, or retract the cord into, under or somehow on the drawer to protect it especially since I'm not using it now, and I travel with my drawer.2 - if they had an option for a drawer insert that only had 1 section of coin inserts in the front (even if there was a second at the back), it would be more helpful. Depending on my daily setup, it is helpful to not have to pop the drawer out All the way to get change, plus it feels safer ;) However, like i said - I would Happily buy another of these.For events it is great that it's very heavy for safety as well.If you are looking for light weight, this isn't the one for you ;)

Way cheaper than what our POS company quoted us on a new cash drawer. Just make sure your POS system supports this drawer. Good luck trying to get parts or extra keys for this. Make sure to make plenty of copies!

I received my cash drawer and it will not open with the key. Also I plugged it in the credit card machine and tried doing a transaction and the draw did not open to give change. Please some one any advise. It is a heavy duty and nice looking drawer

Junk. Straight out of the packaging the drawer won't open with the key. It turns all the way, but it doesn't unlatch and the drawer is stuck closed. Also, the key is rough going in. This one is going back and I'm buying a different brand.
