This thing is nice and big, which I wanted. It's about the same as our old trash can, but putting them side by side, this one is clearly taller while being the same width or maybe slightly wider. It seems well made. It was shipped nicely protected by fitted Styrofoam and had no dents or broken parts. No assembly of any kind required. The lids open and close smoothly and when closed it seems like a nice fit. Not airtight, of course, but very minimal gaping around the edges.Essentially, the trash can is perfect. Exactly what I wanted.What I didn't anticipate, was how difficult it would be to find trash bags.The bags we've been buying are 13 gallon, but the bags it comes with are 13.2 gallon. It doesn't seem like a big difference but the extra inches at the bottom of the bag are really helpful in making sure you actually get full use out of the bins. Not to mention, extra space between the bottom of the bag and the bottom of the can is a recipe for the bag slipping down when you throw stuff away- and that's no good!The dimensions of the trash bags it comes with are 24.2" wide and 29.1" deep whereas most 13 gallon trash bags I can find are around 24 in x 27 in, which is about 2 inches shorter. And the trash bags it comes with are apparently a050, which I can't find anywhere in the Songmics product listings, which just feels silly.Not a HUGE deal so still giving it five stars, but just something to be aware of.

Love this trash can. It looks good and holds a good amount of trash. There are multiple people in my house so the smaller ones would need to be taken out to often, this can handle a good I would say 13 gallon bag even though it’s technically a little over 10 gallons.

I admit it’s not very often I write a review about a trash can, however I am Over the Moon Happy with this purchase! I hated having two separate cans for trash & recycle. This containers is attractive, ample sized, completely convenient. I purchased the white which is a muted finish, not shiny. The size is compact yet holds an ample 10.6 gal for each side (trash & recycle). Bins have easy grip slots for lifting as opposed to a wire hanger on some models. Trash liner is hidden my lids. Love the soft close feature but can be propped open when necessary. Such a clean look. Well worth the price and more!

This trash can is exactly what we needed.It’s the exact right height to go under our kitchen window without covering the window. Next, the bins are nice and deep and fit a standard kitchen bag perfectly. The bins have indents on each side of each bin for easy removal when a bag is full. Thirdly, the pedals open each bin for quickly and each lid close slowly enough to have time to deposit refuse without the door slamming onto something.Fantastic product!

I really like it! It looks sleek and modern and fits standard 13 gallon bags. The only con, also what someone else mentioned, is that it's a tad of a hassle to tuck the bags in so that they don't show. Wish they had designed that part better. (On standard trash cans, they usually have a ring that the bags wrap and go under, but this does not.) Not a deal breaker, but would have been nice.

This trash can is nice and very large - it fully utilizes two large "kitchen" size trash bags. Perfect for separate trash and recycle. Ours arrived with no dents which was a concern. The only downside I can see is that any dust on your feet is transferred very efficiently to the black pedals that open the lids.

We purachsed this double sided can and it has worked out perfectly. We use one side for daily trash and the other side for recycling. Very durable and looks great.
