NOTE:
1. Only compatible with 7/8" toilet, not compatible with 1/2" or 3/8" or the other size tank/toilet.
2. When installing this unit be sure that the water supply valve by your toilet is fully turned off and that there is no flow/leak of water before removing any plumbing components from your toilet. Failure to do so could result in flooding and water damage.
3. Avoid any keen-edged item to scratch the 78.7 inches water supply hose
4. Always check the seal rings are in places for every connection installation.
5. Hand tightens all connections but DO NOT over tighten to keep the seal ring in functional shape.
6. There are two options for the wall bracket to hold the sprayer. One option is to hold the sprayer with the hose nut, and the other option is to hang the sprayer head on the wall bracket.
7. Be sure to install the wall bracket in correct orientation. Otherwise the sprayer may not be able to stay on the bracket.
8. Our bidet spray set also contain 3 sealing washer as a spare use. No plumbing tape needed.
- When the original washer is missing, you can take the spare one to replace it. No need to buy again.
- If you think the rubber washer at the joint is not thick enough, place one more spare sealing washer above the original washer and tighten the connection, which enhances tightness and prevents water leakage.

The reason I chose this SonTiy Bidet Sprayer over other, slightly cheaper ones I saw on Amazon was its all-brass construction of the sprayer handle, and the braided construction of its hose. Our last bidet sprayer eventually developed a leak from the hose at its connection to the T-valve and I wanted a better-quality product as its replacement. We've only had this new sprayer for a week or so now, so I can't comment on its long-term durability, but it is much better constructed then our last one and I expect it to last much longer.I only had one initial hesitation when I bought the SonTiy sprayer, and that was with its use of a sliding switch as opposed to lever you press, much like you would see on a garden hose sprayer. But my wife was okay with it, and as noted in their literature, that handle is a source of leakage of other makes. We also like the design of the extended sprayer nozzle. An additional plus is that the nozzle fits into the holder from our last sprayer I already had mounted on my wall, so I didn’t need to install their holder.Installation was as straightforward as with any other bidet sprayer, but of note, due to their higher manufacturing quality, they advise you not to use plumbers Teflon tape on the threads of the connections. I was initially unsure about leaving this off of my installation, but the connections do not leak.My only criticism is that the variable slider switch doesn’t seem to make much of a difference in the sprayer’s water stream pressure. But this isn’t a big concern for us, and it doesn’t skew our favorable opinion of SonTiy’s product.

The first toilet shower was installed in my house around 25–30 years ago, a common feature in many Asian households.Firstly, this is not just a sprayer but rather a powerful shower. It is multipurpose, as advertised. The product also claims that it can be installed easily, like any standard US/Canada washer tank fitting. However, I encountered some difficulty during installation. I reached out to customer service, and thankfully, they responded quickly. It turns out the size was slightly off, and although the instructions advised against using plumber's tape, our connection actually required it. I had to pay $20 for a plumber to install it.In terms of quality, it’s decent. However, I would suggest that the manufacturer consider increasing the showerhead size to 1–1.2 inches. This would significantly improve the toilet experience. It’s just a small recommendation that I believe would benefit everyone. Another suggestion is to reduce the weight. I’ve used showers with plastic casings that are much lighter than this one. Interestingly, the first shower installed in my parents' house, which had a plastic casing, is still working perfectly. I wish I could share a picture of that one as an example.Overall, the product serves its purpose, and the quality is acceptable.

Well built with brass, nice sturdy. My kids have cleaner booties 😀, nice for spraying out the mop bucket after dumping. Spraying rags etc. overall keeps the boys undies from having a kids. Lol

I live everything about this except for the actuation of the switch on the handle to allow the water to squirt your bum. It’s a pain to use. This alone makes me wish I got a different unit

My first thought after opening the box was that the materials were nicer than I expected. It's very well made. This handheld bidet installs easily onto any toilet. At first I was confused by the diverter valve, because I didn't want to have to reach under the toilet to turn it on and off each time. However, I was wrong about how it works---that's included so you can control the stream pressure at its highest setting. When I left it fully on, I could have stripped paint with the pressure it expelled. Then, I adjusted it so that the flow wasn't as strong and kept it there on the valve, and now it's the perfect pressure. Really happy with this.

Does not fit Australian standard fittings of 15mm and 20mm. There is nothing in the product instructions or description mentioning the unique 18mm thread. Hose and spray end are of reasonable quality though.Maybe only purchase if 18mm is a plumbing standard in your country. For the price would be great if they supplied an adapter to support 15mm. Also the cistern hook does not allow the lid to sit flat.

This is the best handheld bidet that was so easy to install! I have no plumbing knowledge and after a quick YouTube video, I conquered the instructions and installed it. The hardware is solid and the quality is great. You do NOT need to turn the T valve off after every use like the others. Got it on sale and it was a great value. It took about 3 to 4 days to figure out the best way to use it for me and then you're set. I want to buy more and put it on all my toilets!IMPORTANT: I had to use one of the extra washers provided where the hose attaches to the T valve. It's not in the instructions but Ben from customer service was so quick to respond! 😊 It seems weird to put the 2 washers together at that spot because it would seem that the hose would not screw on, but it did and even though it doesn't screw all the way down it solved the leak and everything was good after. No need for any tools at all, just tighten with hand.
