I was leaving on a month-long trip and wanted to upgrade my "travel" lens from the stock Sony 28-70 lens that I had been using to the Sony FE-24-105mm G OSS lens. Despite some issues with the delivery, which were fully resolved, the lens is more than I had hoped for in sharpness and clarity. Yes, it is heavy, but not too much to handle considering the quality it provides. If you want to take a step forward in your photography, I highly recommend this lens. I saved some money by buying an Amazon Renewed lens with the 90 day warranty, and it arrived in original packaging, with all paperwork, and in pristine condition. Could not be happier with this.
