I dislike the fact that SONY is a Japan product, buy a copy is made from China with no quality guaranteed.I ordered two and one is working, but the second is defective. I wonder how they parkage when it is not working on the cassette that came with it!The document was not printable for return and seller did not respond upon requested twice. I filed complain with Amazon, but they stay unresponsive.Next move is BBB. Don't order this product!

Not only did the recorder not work but it was supposed to cone with 3 cassette tapes. There was only one, already inserted.
