Buttons stick down. Foot pedal hardly works. When it does work there is a tremendous lag in response time.

I think the other 2 reviews are unfair as they received broken machines from outside buyers.I have used this same exact Transcription Machine as an Executive Legal Secretary and Paralegal for 27 years and have never, EVER had any problems with it. In fact, it makes it so easy to use - and the Foot pedal as well has the fast forward and fast back raised enough so you aren't accidentally hitting them all the time.This is the BEST of ALL that I have used over my 27 years as a Legal Secretary and Paralegal.
