My stands arrived in good condition. The only exception was the top cap on one of the stands was smashed in because the shipper threw the box around in the process of getting to me.Both stands come in their bags inside a box for each stand, and both of those boxes are inside a shipping box to protect them.My stand arrived with the instructions in both boxes and assembly was extremely easy really didn’t even need the instructions… it’s literally sliding the two support arms onto the top T and then sliding the couplings over the main pole and then the top onto the main pole.My only complaint is that they ship with the nut and bolt loose on many parts which causes it to come loose on some of the parts and end up loose in the bag. if that happens and a hole gets through all those layers of packaging, previously mentioned, it would be possible to lose those pieces of hardware. Seems like it would make more sense to have them in the baggie with the other bolts that are hanging the lights.All in all very happy with my purchase, and my son and the other kids at his drum recital will be very excited to have the lights there this year.

By far the worst thing I’ve ever bought on Amazon thus far. I was very excited to get to use this tomorrow and now I’m screwed. Speaking of screwed, the product is missing several parts, it arrived extremely damaged, and to boot there are NO instructions on how to assemble this monstrosity…Not in it, nor on the manufacturer’s website, not even on Google. I am highly dissatisfied. I want my money back and I’ll return this scrap metal. Sorry not sorry.

Nice bar that can be used with many fixtures. But it is missing many bolts and screws. Trip to hardware store to make it functional.

Instructions very limited, top tripod cover comes off all the time, support arms block the way of screw to install any light fixture.. no very sturdy. Only 4 fixtures can be installed

I want to start this review by saying how excited I was to see the value one this lighting stand. When it arrived, it was damaged in transit even though it was well packaged. Amazon Customer Service immediately got me in touch with the vendor to rectify the situation. Anthony with Sound Town reached out within 3 hours of me contacting them, and the situation was resolved with them sending a replacement out in under 24 hours! As far as the stand goes, I’m very happy with the quality for the value. The structure is well made and solid construction. The nuts and bolts weren’t the highest quality aesthetically, but functionally, they work great. I am ordering more from this company primarily because of the way they treat their clients
