This company refunded a broken one and then I ordered another that came perfectly. The packaging was well done, so the shipping provider must have been rough with it. I bought a set for my daughter and she uses it regularly. It’s a beautiful set!

Is very easy to use, and I was surprised at the size is bigger than what I was expecting! Very easy to clean the quality is really good it come with a well made bamboo lid, mesh lid, measuring cups and spoons, spatula, and the stainless bread scraper with measurements, also the rubber band to keep track of the feedings and the temperature sticker which is water proof it comes in handy !Is a good quality glass and it looks good as well. Worth every penny! At the I put some pictures of sourdough starter and you can see how good is looking don’t mind the messy jar that usually how they look when you first star a sourdough starter hope this helps.

I was just using Tupperware for my starter before and venting the lid but it would dry out on top and the gnats would always find it. This is perfect. The cover is breathable but doesn’t dry out my starter and protects it from any bugs or lint. Easy to read the growth as well. I honestly love it!

I took a photo of the fractured glass but Amazon app disappeared it. I was washing the jar in warm water .I had it in a soft plastic bowl. When I was washing the jar I noticed my stirrer got caught on something sharp. I looked at the bottom and the was a fractured hole and I could not find the broken pieced. I was concerned about my starter so I felt I had to through if away. so 15$ gone for the starter and and the jar not useable
