Love the precision of cooking using the sous vide method. My sous vide unit had a clip that let the unit attach to the rim of a pot. Clip broke after very little use. Thought I was going to have to toss the unit. And so, while looking for a replacement, I saw this bracket. Ordered it. Perfect fit.Kind of spendy, I thought. But saved me the cost of a whole new unit.

The original bracket clamp for my Anova sous vide was made of plastic. It was flimsy and after less than one year the shaft broke. This replacement is far superior. It is made of metal and has a large rubber pad that seems very sturdy. This is a much better design than the original. I’m very happy with this replacement bracket.

Overall, I am pleased with this replacement for the bracket of my Sous vide. The original bracket that came with the Sous Vide broke when I was trying to tighten it. I prefer how this bracket does not need to twist to tighten, but appears to be mounted on a spring, attached to a button. Pull back to adjust, then let go and it holds the Sous vide in place. The only negative is that I previously bought a covered container to use with the Sous Vide and it has a hole in the top for the top of Sous Vide to be out but the rest is covered. Since this bracket is thicker next to the appliance, the cover will not close. Every thing still works, but it would be nice if I could close that half. Again, works well and probably a better design than the original.

Heavy duty. My original clamp that came with my Anova Sous Vide cracked so I was happy to see this one was available and would fit.

I have not had this long, so I cannot speak to the durability, but I appreciate that the design accounts for issues with the bracket that came with my Anova. They have thickened the opposite side of the ring where the stock bracket broke, and the spring loaded grip seems like an improvement over the screw.

Its an ok product, I like the metal screw to attach the unit to the pan but it really doesnt work well as far as the clamp to the sous vide machine itself. The sous vide machine is extremely wobbly in the clamp and is not for anova units. Id rather just purchase the appropriate pieces on anova rather than trying to save money buying this product

This thing is great as a replacement or upgrade to your existing Sous Vide clamp.

The bracket clamp on my 5 year old Anova Sous Vide broke in two. I thought I would have to go to Home Depot and build something to replace it, when I saw this on Amazon. This is a great replacement fits my Sous Vide like a glove, and works great.
