Don't just start pressing buttons and think it is malfunctioning. Read the manual so you know what all the lights mean and read the troubleshooting section. Great box for the price. Smaller than a Litter Robot (hole cats go in and waste bin) but my 15lb cat uses it no issues. Works great. Have 3 total plus a bot.Wanted one on every level of my home plus an extra in a bathroom.

Sounds quiet and the hole seems big enough but….wont connect to 5G only 2.4. Big disappointment have 4 stars cause its quiet and have not put liter in it.

So far so good. WiFi does not work if 5g, so can’t use the app. Worried about what will happen when I’m not home, but at least it just moves to the side. Will update more later.Update: my curious kitty won’t stop playing in it. Have to reset it a lot.

I like the more compact size compared to catlink product. However, the app won't work unless it's a 2G network?! The litter box doesn't self-clean. I see feces after my cat goes, requiring me to push button on machine to dispense into garbage bag/container below. Am I missing something? Others experience this issue?

We have used this litter box for a month! Both of cats love it! It’s easy to clean, no smell, and can fit with the regular trash bag. Absolutely a life changer for cats owners, we now only have to clean the litter box every four days!
