Inexpensive - but not nearly as functional as a ceramic roller immersed in water - which will wet the envelope properly for sealing every time. Unfortunately that type of device goes dry quickly - so you have to keep the reservoir filled.

Picture shows the bottle as clear, which is what I had before. It came dark green so now you can't see the water level in the bottle. Also the sponge is stiffer and releases either too much or too little moisture. Hopefully that will change with use.The product has changed, and not for the better, since the last time I purchased.

A simple old line envelope moistener that works as expected. Give yourself a few minutes to get the hang of doling out the right amount of water and spreading it correctly. Not difficult. Should last a long time based on simple design but I can not attest to that since it is new to me.
