works well, very simple. the u-section was wider than i expected but it worked out well for my particular trailer.

fit my 4 inch frame and 5 on 4.5 wheel perfectly and had regular lug nut unlike some others i had ordered and sent back

Mounts spare horizontally on my trailer just below the boat bow. Not an exact fit on the cross tube because it's meant for universal size tubes. Looks well made/stronge; hopefully it will withstand the outdoor harsh environment.

Easy to install fit was perfect. I was not sure how it was going to work on round channel instead of square channel, but I had no issues. Very solid and secure. The should be more than sufficient to properly lock it in place.
